4 Do you provide car seats for children and what is the fee?
Yes,All our Vans are equipped with one baby seat and two booster seats.Paris is a heavy traffic city with a lot of sudden stops and traps and we are concerned for the safety of the child.
The price like a adulte price.(Please note that using the car seat means taking up one adult spot, for which there is a fee.)
5 How can I find the shuttle?

- First confirm the terminal in which you arrive.
- Then simply follow the chart below to find the "meeting point" in your terminal. Do not hesitate to confirm the terminal with appropriate airport personnel.

For a departure to the airport
If we need to change your pick up time, we will notify you by phone, by leaving a message on your voicemail, to your hotel reception or by email.
So please check your voicemail, Email & your hotel receptionist, before your pick up day.You must be ready a 15 minutes earlier for your pick up, downstairs in front of your building or the lobby of your hotel.
A minivan will arrive in any time, according to Paris traffic, it is impossible to give an exact pick up time therefore the pickup time is within a 15 minutes Please note, we will call you only in emergency.
The driver will wait at 10 min for a shared shuttle & 15 min for a private shuttle after the pickup time from the hotel or private address.
If you're late, the driver can't wait for you by respect to other passengers & reservations, in this case, that's a "NO SHOW", no refund for you.
6 How far in advance can I change/cancel my reservation?
We require 48 hours notice of all changes and/or cancellations.
For any cancellation of your reservation you will have some charges :
- Cancellation on the same day: no refund
- Cancellation 24 hours before the transfer: 50% refund
- Cancellation more than 24 hours of shipment: 95% refund

8 How much should I tip the Driver?
While tipping is not required, we recommend 1 to 2 Euros per piece of luggage.
9 If my arriving flight is delayed ?
So long as you arrive during our normal driving hours,of 8:00 - 20:00 , we can pick you up short delay,next availability of shuttle. But If you arrive After or before this hour ,there will most likely be a wait involved
10 My departure pick-up time seems awfully EARLY/LATE. Can I reschedule it?
We will gladly schedule to the time you wish, but once you do so, BLUVAN, cannot be held responsible for any mishaps due to client-requested changes
11 My friends and I are arriving/departing from different terminals/locations, but we want to all ride in the same van. Is this possible?

12 The payment online is it perfectly protected ?

13 Why do I need to book in advance?
Since this is an on-demand service, we recommend you book as early as possible to guarantee free seats. Check our Rates page for more details and then book on-line.
14 Why I did not receive a confirmation by e-mail as planned ?
When you finish the payment in the site, normally you receive two e-mails, one for the confirmation of your payment & another for reservation voucher.
If not, Please check that it is not in your Spam file, before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call the office between 8:00-20:00 Paris time,to receive your confirmations.
15 Will the shuttle take me directly to my terminal? To my hotel?
For a Private
Yes, you're going directly to your hotel or to your terminal
For a shared shuttle.
While not all parties in the vans will be traveling to the same City of destination,The Driver will decide(the traffic of the highways,district of your destination and his next pick up address ext.)to make the stops of the destinations of our passengers indicated in their vouchers.
16 Your shuttle driver hold up a sign with my name when I arrive?
We can do this, but as it is a private service, it requires a special rate. Please email us at email@example.com, or call the office between 8:00-20:00 Paris time for more details.
17 You've scheduled my departure pick-up time for 3H30 hours prior to my flight. Is this sufficient time for an international flight?
For security reasons, most international flights require a 2-hour check-in prior to boarding.
Depending on the zip code of where you are being picked-up, we have factored this into your transport. Also, please note that Paris is a very old town with a lot of narrow streets and traffic traps that require extra time.
